The pair is now trading at 1.0582 Canadian dollars per US dollar, given the greenback's weakness and a rebound in the oil prices. If we analyze the daily charts with five minutes candles, we can see how the 23.60% Fibo marked from 1.0545 to 1.0780 acted as a resistance that, if broken, could open the way for the pair to seek 38.20%.
The bands of Bollinger are narrowing, indicating an imminent reaction in the next hour, while the RSI is on neutral ground. If we observe the Stochastic, this indicator is showing buying signs, right now.
If the trend is to the lower side, the support to consider is at 1.0550 Canadian dollars per US dollar.
