16:10 (CET) - Crude evolution
|
Pay attention to the black gold (WTI), as it's getting closer to the 80.00 dollars target, after climbing 3.1% since the session opened. The movements we saw last week were deemed "excessive", even more after the US crude stocks registered a hike last week.
The 23.60% fibo could act as a support in face of a possible downwards corrections, while on the upside, 80.00 are the first barrier to break if we want to see crude getting closer to 81.00 dollars per barrel.
As for the UsdCad, the loonie is climbing more than 100 pips against the dollar and the outlook is for an attack to 1.0640 if it breaks 1.0700 Canadian dollars per US dollar before.
