Alert - 16:25 (CET) - New Zealand Dollar advances against the US Dollar

The appetite for high yielders was renewed, as the operators are enthusiasmed about the possibility of the creation of a "bad bank" in the US, designed to cover the losses of the financial sector. This way, the kiwi climbed 0.72% against the Dollar. Remember that at 21:00 (CET), the RBNZ will announce its interest rate decision.
The NzdUsd is trading at 0.5330, ranging from 0.5255 to 0.5337. The current price is over yesterday's close at 0.5289. Checking the hourly graphics, the 20- and 50-day Exponential Mobile Averages (EMA) are under the 200-day EMA.
The supports are being watched at 0.5191 (November 20th low), 0.5000 (key) and 0.4733 (September 20th, 2002 low). After breaking the resistance at 0.5314 (intrasession high), the resistances are watched at 0.5547 (January 19th high) and 0.5723 (January 13th high).
The Relative Strenght Index (RSI) is at 61 points, rebounding from the oversold area. The volatility per hour could reach 50 pips. The curren price is under the 61.80% (0.5535) and over the 100.00% (0.3865) Fibonacci retracement lines.
