The UsdChf is trading at 1.1193, ranging between 1.1123 and 1.1207. The current price is over yesterday's close at 1.1189. Checking the hourly graphics, the 20- and 200-day Exponential Mobile Averages (EMA) are over the 50-day EMA.
The supports are set at 1.0745 (December 19th low), 1.0524 (August 7th low) and 1.0319 (July 29th low). As he resistance at 1.1063 (December 22nd high) was broken, the traders are watching the next at 1.1250 (December 17th high) and 1.1601 (November 16th high).
The behaviour of the pair is inversely propotional to the EurUsd one, as the ECB and SNB monetary policies are very similar. This is another way of explaining the behaviour of the UsdChf. This way, when we see the Dollar climbing against the Euro, the Swiss Franc is falling against the Dollar.
Checking the graphics again, we see that the current price is over the 0.00% (0.9646) and under the 23.60% (1.4282) Fibonacci retracement line. The average volatility per hour is 110 pips. The 60-minute Relative Strenght Index (RSI) is at 54 points, after being overbought.
