The UsdMxn is trading at 11.4195, ranging from 11.2147 and 11.4268. The current price is over yesterday's close at 11.2554. In the hourly graphics, the 20- and 50-day Exponential Mobile Averages (EMA) are under the 200-day EMA.
The resistances are set at 11.4940 (June 2006 high), 11.6300 (September 2004 high) and 11.6970 (May 2004 high). On the other hand, they're keeping an eye on the supports at 10.9036 (October 2nd low), 10.6690 (September 22 low) and 10.1490 (August 22nd low).
In countdown for the New York opening, the Mexican Peso is trading at its two-year lows against the Dollar, given the outflow of capital from the EM. This session, the greenback is advancing 2.34% against the Peso, with a total of 5.1% advance this month.
Checking the hourly graphics again, the current price is under the 0.00% (11.7170) and over the 23.60% (9.5710) Fibonacci retracement lines. The volatility per hour is 310 pips and the 60-minute Relative Strenght Index (RSI) is at 77 points, overbought.
