Mr. Nicholas H. Bang, prior to founding ACM, he has held senior positions at the National Bank of Canada's equity brokerage division National Bank Financial (NBF) as head of Institutional equity sales & electronic trading. Over the years he has held positions in a variety of foreign exchange and futures dealerships. Mr. Bang is the global head of sales and is directly responsible for the institutional sales & partnership desk. Mr. Bang attended the University of Geneva in Switzerland. |

Mr. Axarlis holds the position of director for ACM in Geneva. He is responsible for the supervision of all the compliance and back office aspects including the implementation of anti-Money Laundering regulations. Prior to founding ACM Mr. Axarlis worked for the UNCTAD/WTO (United Nations) in Geneva and then in various brokerage firms in Hong Kong and Geneva. Mr. Axarlis holds a Master degree in International Trade & Transport from London Guildhall University, London, UK. |

Mr. Saber Daboussi holds the position of General Manager at ACM ME DMCC (Dubai) and Managing Director at ACM institutional Markets (DIFC), the company's first subsidiaries abroad. He played a key role in launching the Middle East & Asia desk from Geneva before Launching ACM’s regional office in 2005.
Mr. Daboussi is in charge for increasing and upholding ACM ME DMCC and ACM institutional Markets activities, as well as developing and maintaining ACM’s White Label partnerships in Middle east & Asia. Prior to his role at ACM, Mr. Daboussi has completed a Bachelor in Business and Information System at the Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK. |

Mr. Iskandar Al-Najjar holds the position of Director at ACM ME DMCC (Dubai). He was one of the initial members of the Middle East office. Mr. Al-Najjar is responsible for coordinating sales strategies and procedures, whilst attaining and maintaining institutional clients. Mr. Al-Najjar has had a wealth of experience in client and corporate relations with his time in Barclays Bank PLC in Manchester prior to joining the ACM team in Dubai. Mr. Al-Najjar experiences are built on his BA Business Economics degree in Manchester and his MSc Finance diploma from Leeds Business School. |

Ms. Gracia Bodelon, of Spanish origin, heads up the Spanish Desk at ACM and holds the position of General Manager at ACM Montevideo, the company’s representative office in Latin-America. Prior to joining ACM in 2002, for 10 years Ms. Bodelon has been in charge of institutional accounts at several brokerage firms in Europe and Latin-America. She holds a degree in Economic Science from UAB (Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain) and a Master degree in Organizational Macroeconomic Development of EU-institutions. In her role as a market analyst, Ms. Bodelon is the editor of the ACM FLASH, the popular monthly market report in Spanish. |

Mr. Stéphane J. Marie, Head of Dealing Desk for ACM wears a number of different hats. First and foremost he is a spot trader, covering spot forex and all the major currencies and crosses. His other roles include monitoring ACM’s flash and java platforms, evaluating risk, and all importantly nurturing and coaching the other ACM traders under his charge.
Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Marie worked in various brokerage firms in the US and Geneva, and had also managed hedge funds for a couple of years. Mr Marie holds a degree in Economics and a minor in corporate communication from the University of South Carolina, Charleston, US. |

Following completion of his training with Swiss Bank Corporation in 1987, Mr. Jean-Claude Braha held various responsibilities as trader in equities, bonds and investment funds. He then moved to Mutli-Commercial Bank in 1994 as trader on equities, bonds and was also involved in Foreign Exchange dealing and advisory to private and institutional customers. Recruited in 2000 by Ferrier Lullin & Co in Geneva he covered their Pan-European and US Equities desk. In August 2003, Mr. Jean-Claude Braha joined Anglo Irish Bank (Suisse) SA as Head of Trading Desk, managing Treasury and Forex risk management as well as Stock Exchange operations. In August 2005, he joined Advanced Currency Markets reinforcing the company Dealing desk, furthermore Jean-Claude is currently analysing Market related topics and publishing a daily newsletter. |

Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Raoul Jacot-Descombes, lawyer, has completed commercial studies and obtained a Law Degree at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He then served in a law and public notary firm and further pursued his carreer at the District Court in the Canton of Neuchâtel.
Starting off as a legal assistant at the Money Laundering Control Authority in Bern (Swiss Federal Department of Finance) Mr. Jacot-Descombes then became the Senior Legal Assistant of this Authority and remained in this position until July 2005. He joined ACM as Head of Compliance assisting and advising the Management Team in all legal , organizational and commercial aspects. He is also in charge of the relations with the Governmental Authorities. |

Ms. Ksenia Fliguil is heading up ACM’s back-office team. In that function she is responsible for account openings, payments and receivables and oversees the administration of IB relations. Of Russian origin, she moved to Switzerland to complete her College and University education in social economics.
Ms. Fliguil joined ACM in 2004 prior to which she was working in an administrative position at an international school in Geneva. Ms. Fliguil is fluent in English, French and Russian. |

Mr. Fabrice Benouaich holds the position of Head of Information Technology.
He played a key role in the original release of ACM Advanced Trader Platforms, currently in charge for
the Advanced Trader Development team.
Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Benouaich worked many years in the Private Banking software industry.
He has an experience as project manager and technical team leader for small, mid-size and large companies, as
ERI Bancaire, UBS, ABN Amro, Pictet & Cie in Geneva. Deep knowledge of critical distributed information system
(design and architecture), field in which he also led projects for the military defense contractor Thomson-CSF (known today as Thales Group). Mr. Benouaich holds a master degree in Computer Science from a French engineering school. |

Mr. Mosè Iadarola holds the position of Head of Research & Development for ACM Geneva. He played a key role in the original release of ACM Advanced Trader Platforms, currently responsible for the development and supervision of the ACM Advanced Trader Platforms.
Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Iadarola worked many years for UBS in Zurich and Banque Pictet & Cie in Geneva. Mr. Iadarola holds a master degree in Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ). |

Mr. John Hatzakortzian holds the position of Head of Web Department and Internet Marketing. He is responsible for all aspects of ACM's web presence, including web design and content development, web scripting and programming, web marketing and advertising, and search engine optimization.
Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Hatzakortzian worked for several banks in Geneva. Mr. Hatzakortzian is an IT-Physician who holds a Physics Degree of the University of Geneva and several degrees in Computer Science. |

Mr. Jean-Franklin WOODTLI was born on November 20, 1943. He obtained his lawyer license in 1969 in Geneva. He obtained his training with the lawfirm Borel & Barbey. Mr. Woodtli has collaborated for 5 years with Mr. Antoine Hafner in Geneva. He later started his own lawfirm with Mr. Gilles Petipierre in 1974. Mr. Woodtli specializes in commercial and banking law, and is also a trial attorney in Geneva courts. |
